JDMA Property Consulting and Valuations is an independently owned valuation practice conducting residential valuations in the Greater Brisbane area.  Our services include providing pre–purchase and pre–sale advice as well as valuations for deceased estates, taxation/ Capital Gains Tax, stamp duty, visa, superannuation and investment purposes.

JDMA Property Consulting and Valuations has no affiliations with real estate agents, developers, property marketers or other parties that may have an influence on the company’s ability to provide accurate, honest and objective valuation reports.

We prepare formal and independent sworn valuations, conducted with professionalism and submitted in a timely manner. All valuations are conducted in line with the requirements of the Australian Property Institute, by Valuers who are Associates of the API, registered with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland and who are Certified Practising Valuers. Our valuations are accepted as "expert evidence" in a Court of Law. 

Our clients are assured of the highest quality reporting by valuers with experience in the Brisbane property market.

Please note, to comply with our Professional Indemnity Insurer’s policy restrictions, we are unable to provide valuations for properties where Solicitor funding has been provided.
