At JDMA, our aim is to help our clients in the lending industry to achieve and surpass their lending objectives. 

The practice is owned by Jonathan Millar who is also the sole director. Jonathan has 20 years experience in valuing property in Brisbane and was formerly the National Manager for Valuations at Suncorp. Jonathan is in the unique position of having both managed the valuation requirements of a major lending institution and accrued extensive practical experience as a valuer in Brisbane.

This first hand experience in the lending industry means JDMA is acutely aware of the constraints placed on lending institutions.  We have a keen appreciation of the need for efficient turnaround times, effective and open communication and accurate reporting. We also appreciate the importance of being flexible and ensuring that we accommodate the needs of the lending industry.

All valuations are conducted in line with the requirements of the Australian Property Institute by valuers who are Associates of the API, are registered with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland and are Certified Practising Valuers. Our clients can be assured of the highest quality reporting by valuers with a good understanding of the Brisbane property market.

We conduct our business to ensure integrity, honesty, professionalism and confidentiality.

Turnaround Commitment:  As a result of personal experience within the lending industry we understand the importance of approving (or declining) a loan as quickly as possible in such a competitive market.  We have developed systems which provide our clients with the most efficient turn around times without compromising the quality of the valuation assessment.  Where there are no delays due to tenancy etc, reports are emailed within a 48 hour turnaround period.

Current Clients: We are currently on the residential valuation panel of Bank of Queensland, Queensland Professional Credit Union, Bendigo Bank and Adelaide Bank. In addition, another source of our business is providing contractual services to a number of national valuation firms, therefore we provide valuations for many of Australia's leading financial institutions.
