 A valuer of over 20 years experience in South East Queensland, Jonathan Millar started JDMA Property Consulting and Valuations in 2007 after being the National Manager for Valuations at Suncorp. In an environment where many valuation firms have merged to form national firms, Jonathan saw the need for a valuation firm in Brisbane that could provide expert local knowledge with the personalised service that only a family-run business can provide.
Jonathan says "While many national firms concentrate on providing bulk valuations for the banks and financial institutions, at JDMA we pride ourselves on providing expert local knowledge with advice catered to the individual needs of our clients. Whether it be advice on a flood affected property, or the sub division of the family home allotment, we tailor our advice and reports to the unique requirements of each client and situation." |

John resides in Narangba and is our north side specialist covering the northern suburbs of Brisbane, including Bribie Island and the Redcliffe peninsula, and up to Caboolture in the north. John has over 35 years experience in both the private and government sectors of the valuation industry, with expertise in residential, commercial, industrial and rural valuations. John also held a senior role at the Australian Valuation Office for many years, involving selecting valuers for admission to the Australian Property Institute. |

Chris is a Fellow of the API and a registered valuer with over forty years experience in the property environment encompassing positions including property management/ administration, property development and various valuer roles. Chris has been a registered valuer since 1979 conducting residential, commercial, industrial and rural valuations for a variety of purposes. Chris has operated his own valuation firm for the past 18 years and brings to JDMA a wealth of knowledge and experience. |

Natell has a broad range of valuation experience encompassing commercial, industrial, residential, asset, receivership, resumption and insurance work. Natell comes to JDMA from the State Valuation Service. While employed by the State Valuation Service, Land & Vegetation Division as a statutory valuer, Natell undertook the assessment of unimproved land values for all commercial properties on Brisbane Northside and north west Queensland, conducted in-house training on the new Land Valuation Act 2010 and attended to Land Court appeals/representations on behalf of the Chief Executive.
Natell is a meticulous valuer and comes highly recommended. Natell also has a Bachelor of Business with Honours and was, previous to becoming a valuer, a Management Consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers. |

Steve is a property degree graduate and is working towards becoming a registered valuer. Steve’s hard working and enthusiastic approach, coupled with his great people skills have cemented his role at JDMA. Steve is a valuable resource in the office and can assist our clients with most property related questions.
Teresa brings to the team many years experience in administration and office management in the real estate industry. Teresa has extensive experience in the administration of real estate sales and property management and shows the care and attention to detail required in this client focused role. Teresa ensures the efficient operation of the office and is an integral element to the smooth running of the business.
