The valuation you did was very helpful, it placed the property exactly where we thought it should be in the market. The properties you used in your comparison where far more objective and thorough then the ones the real estate had produced for their CMA. I haven't shared any information with the real estate agency concerning the report, however, it was interesting to note that they had originally priced the house at $40,000 above the value you found. We were convinced of this before we entered negotiations making it a very tough game. But in the end all has worked out well, your company has been very helpful for us over the past few months with our house hunting in Brisbane and we appreciate your professional approach.
